INTRODUCTION

SBM and Company Pvt. Ltd. was established by professionals with yearlong experience in the marketing and sales of sugar trade- across the sub continent.

In the last decade of its operations, it has created an enviable niche for itself in the agricultural sector in India. It has evolved as a reliable and trustworthy partner for the government agencies as well as for corporates. Under the leadership of Managing Director Shri Vickey Gupta, supported by a team of dedicated professionals, with its Head office in Delhi, the goal of the company to ensure regional expansion in field of Sugar Trading and develop a strong way for customers. We also aim towards leasing out Sugar factories, producing high quality sugar and making it available to consumers at affordable prices

Repeat orders from private as well as government organizations over the years demonstrate our approach and commitment to the customer. We are in a position to maintain and deliver the supply of sugar seamlessly in bulk quantities because of our tie ups with all major sugar mills in Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and other parts on India and agreements with warehouses across the country. These tie ups enable us to supply sugar at extremely competitive prices. Our customers are also sure to benefit out of our experience of 50 years in the industry. Our strong R&D enables us to procure sugar at the lowest prices. This cost advantage eventually trickles down as benefit to our customers

Profile of Managing Director

Mr. Vickey Gupta, Managing Director of SBM and Company Pvt. Ltd was born in 1971 at New Delhi, India. Born in a middle class business oriented family, his exposure to the agricultural business happened at a young age. He grew up in a joint family lived in a house with over 20 cousin brothers and sisters. This upbringing helped in develop a frugal mindset of cost cutting and survival in a tough environment. He runs his organization with the same mindset

In 1985,due to tough family conditions, he was forced to join the family proprietorshipalong with his father Late Shri Suraj Bhan Gupta which dealt in trading of agricultural commoditie

In 2002, after serving in the industry for over 15 years, he founded SBM and Company Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Gupta is a core marketing professional spearheading growth strategies for SBM and Company Pvt. Ltd and setting service standards for others to follow. He has been a visionary and was the first trader in Delhi to practice arbitrage between the Southern and Northern India based sugar mills

He carries with him an ocean of experience in domestic trade, and has been travelling all around the country for the past 2 decades. He is at home with every religion and has deep understanding of the different cultures and practices in many states around the country. He is very hard working, kind hearted, ideologue and spiritual in nature, deeply nationalistic, and loves travelling and interacting with different people. He is widely read, can speak on any subject from religion, politics, history, geography, horticulture, and almost anything between earth and the sky

He is a very charitable person as not only donates but also actively participates in the management of schools for underprivileged girls in Delhi. He is well respected socially. The testament of this fact is that after serving as the General Secretary at the Delhi Grain Merchants association, he was nominated as a counsellor in the North Delhi Municipal Corporation of Delhi
