Haji aziz company was established in year 1908 by late haji aziz noorani who migrated from gondal dist:rajkot (guj) a rural village .After coming to indore he started business as retail kirana shop and after a long time struggle he managed to operate wholesale trade of sugar,oil,rice,dryfruits ,pulses and jaggerry.Late haji aziz noorani was crowned as rairatan by holkar state for his outstanding business achievements and social activities for betterment of poors.

In year 1920 he established gondal match works ,manufacturing unit of matchstick which worked smoothly till indo-pak partition

After indo-pak partition late haji aziz noorani with his 7 sons managed to operate wholesale kirana trade successfully and established many branches all india

In year 1960 his son haji siddique noorani at a very young age of 27 after completing his studies as ( b.A,llb) established noorani oil mills at gondal gujarat and also joined his fathers business of wholesale trade of sugar,gur and other food stuffs. He was also president of gujarat oil mills association and founder of memon yuvak mandal gondal and he was also district governor of lions club rajkot, and in year 1974 he established minar khandsari sugar mills at hasalpur 45 km away from indore .

In year 1975 mohd.Yahya noorani s/o haji siddique noorani after completing his studies at rajkumar college rajkot joined sugar trade as third generation and successfully operated wholesale trade .

Tanvir noorani s/o mohd yahya noorani born in 1979, joined his paternal business of sugar and jaggerry trade at a very early young age of 13 years along with his studies started as a helping hand to his father and grand father. After completing his academics as bachelor of commerce degree,his father and grand father handed over all powers to trade at his own skills.He worked hard under guidance of his grand father and father and currently he is one of the most renowned sugar trader for his words and trade skill and is a bulk sugar supplier in indore.
